ORDINANCE NO. 247
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE 3 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, CONCERNING THE "MAP
OF ZONING" OF SAID VILLAGE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION .
THERETO TO BE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS SECTION 3-2-s;
CHANGING CERTAIN LOTS WITHIN SAID VILLAGE FROM CLASS
"A" RESIDENCE TO CLASS "B" RESIDENCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRU,STEFS
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Chapter 2 of Title 3 of the Village
Code of McCall, is hereby amended by adding a new section
thereto to be known and designated as Section 3-2-2 , which
said section shall read as follows:
3-2-2: CHANGE OF "MAP OF ZONING" : That the "Map of
Zoning" of the Village of McCall, is hereby amended to
change Lots 1, 2 and 3 , Block 1 of River Subdivision, Amen-
ded Plat, of the Village of McCall, from Residence "A" Zone
to Residence "B" Zone.
Passed and approved this 9th day of July, 1965.
