ORDINANCE NO. 248
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF TITLE 3 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, CONCERNING RESIDENCE "B"
ZONE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO BE KNOWN
AND DESIGNATED AS SECTION 3-6-9 CONCERNING BUSI-
NESS AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Chapter 6 of Title 3 of the Village
Code of McCall, be, and the same is hereby amended to add
a new section thereto to be known and designated as Section
3-6-9 concerning business and professional offices, which
said section shall read as follows :
3-6-9: BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICES : Business
and professional offices may be erected and operated by
special permission of the Zoning Commission, provided that
before, such permit is issued by the Zoning Commission there
shall be on file in the office of the Village Clerk the
written consent of the owners of seventy-five percent ( 75%)
of the area of all the property within a radius of three
hundred feet (300' ) of any part of the premises whereupon
such business and professional office building is to be
built and operated; and providing further that if a per-
mit is issued therefor, such building must conform to resi-
dence style, architecture, and there shall be no advertis-
ing signs except of the kind and character permitted in the
area by the Zoning Commission.
