ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE III OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS AMENDED,
CONCERNING THE " MAP OF ZONING" OF SAID VILLAGE
BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO BE KNOWN AND
DESIGNATED AS SECTION 3-2-3; CHANGING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN SAID VILLAGE FROM CLASS "A"
RESIDENCE TO CLASS "B" RESIDENCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Chapter 2 of Title III of the Village
Code of McCall, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding a new section thereto to be known and designated as
Section 3-2-3, which said section shall read as follows :
3-2-3: CHANGE OF "MAP OF ZONING" : That the "Map of
Zoning" of the Village of McCall is hereby amended to change
the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
B.M. , in the Village of McCall, from Residence "A" Zone to
Residence "B" Zone.
