CALL TO ORDER
The Special Council Meeting of March 20, 2003, convened at 5:30 p.m.
In the absence of both Mayor Tom Rackers and President Pro Tempore Edith Vogel, a
motion was made by Councilman Dan Klindt, seconded by Councilman David E. Smith to
appoint Councilman Richard Groner as Presiding Officer for the Special Council meeting.
Motion was approved unanimously. Councilman Groner assumed the Chair of the meeting
at 5:30 P.M.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vincent
Absent: Ferguson, Vogel, and Weber
A quorum was declared present.
BILLS INTRODUCED
Bill 2002 -156, sponsored by Councilman Smith, entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ARTICLE VII
ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES OF CHAPTER 35 ZONING CODE PERTAINING
TO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENTS.

MENT
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, a motion was made
by Councilman Larry Vincent for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Cliff Olsen, and
approved unanimously at 5:47 PM.
