HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 252 - Naming Certain Streets of The Village of McCall, Idaho r 1 q9 P ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE NAMING CERTAIN STREETS OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO: Section 1. That certain street connecting to West Lake Street at the West boundary of the Williams-Mayfield Addi- tion to the Village of McCall and continuing West to the Lardo Bridge across the North Fork of the Payette River, known as State Highway No. 15, is hereby named and desig- nated as West Lake Street. Section 2. That certain street connecting to Third Street of the Village of McCall at the South boundary of the Original Townsite of McCall, and continuing South across the Union Pacific Railroad tracks to the corporate limits of the Village of McCall, known as State Highway No. 15 , is hereby named and designated as Third Street. Section 3. That certain street commencing at its intersection with West Lake Street at the West boundary of the Williams-Mayfield Addition to the Village of McCall, and extending South past the McCall Cemetery to the cor- porate limits of the Village of McCall, heretofore known as County Road, is hereby named and designated as Mission Street. Section 4. That certain alley between Lakeshore Boule- vard and Roosevelt Street commencing at Pine Street on the South and extending North to the present saw mill property is hereby named and designated as Mill Road. Section 5. That certain unnamed street connecting with Davis Avenue on the North and extending South past the McCall golf course along the West boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the West boundary of the South- east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, is hereby named and designated as Davis Avenue. Section 6. That certain unnamed street extending West from the County Road along the center line of Section 16, Township4, OJT h, Range 3 East, past the North end of the McCall to that certain street hereinabove named and designated as Mission Street, is hereby named and desig- nated as Deinhard Lane.
