REGULAR MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD
CITY OF LYNWOOD
July 18, 1991
The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood,
California was held on Thursday, July 18, 1991 at 5:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers of the Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road,
Lynwood California. The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by
the Brown Act.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Vice-person, Bell at 5:05 p.m.
Roll call was taken by Gail Black, Interim Director of Huinan
Resources. All Commissioners were in attendance, with the
exception of Chairman Lewis. who was excused.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Swift.
. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
- The motion was made by Commissioner Swift and seconded by
Commissioner Litke to approve the minutes of the June 20, 1991
meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion carried.
STUDIES & REPORTS i
The board was requested to certify the eligibility list for the
position of Office Assistant I2. I,

The motion was made by Commissioner Litke and seconded by
Commissioner Gilpen to approve certification of the list. All in i
favor. Motion carried. I

Ms. Black presented the Board with pictures requested at the June �
meeting. !
ADJOURNMENT �

There being no further business to conduct, the motion was made by �
Commissioner Gilpen and seconded by Commissioner Swift to adjourn I
at 5:15 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. �
