REGULAR MEETING OF TFTE PERSONNEL BOARD
CITY OF LYNWOOD
February 21, 1991
. The regular meeting of the Personnel Board o£ the City of Lynwood,
California was held on Thursday, February 21, 1991 at 5:00 pm in
the Council Chambers of the Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road,
Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by
the Brown Act.
CALL TO ORDER
The meetinq was called to order by Chairman Litke at 5:02 p.m..
Roll call was taken by Gail Black, Personnel Analyst II. Absent
were Commissioners Lewis (unexcused) and Gilpen (excused).
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Litke
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The motion was made by Commissioner Swift and seconded by
Commissioner Bell to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
January 17, 1991. All in favor. Motion carried.
STUDIES & REPORTS '
The Board was requested to certify the eligibility list for the
position of Housing Rehabilitation Manager. Commissioner Swift made
the motion with Commissioner Bell seconding. All in favor. Motion
carried.
The motion was� made by Commissioner Bell and seconded by
Commissioner Swift to certify the eligibility list for the position
of Custodian. All in favor. Motion carried.
The motion was made by Commissioner Bell and seconded by
Commissioner Swift to certify the eligibility list for the position
of Office Assistant I. All in favor. Motion carried.

There being no further business to conduct the motion was made by
, Comissioner Swift and seconded by Commissioner Bell to adjourn at
5:13 p.m.. All in favor. Motion carried.
The next regularly scheduled meeting is Thursday, March 21, 1991 at
