REGULAR MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD
CITY OF LYNWOOD
January 17, 1991
The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood,
California was held on Thursday, January 17, 1991 at 5:00 p.m. in
the Council Chambers of the Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road,
Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by
the Brown Act.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Litke at 5:04 p.m.. �
Roll call was taken by Gail Black, Personnel Analyst iI. All
. commissioners were in attendance.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Swift
, APPROVAL OF MZNUTES
The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen and seconded by
Commissioner Bell to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
December 20, 1990. All in favor. Motion carried.
STUDIES & REPORTS �
The Board was requested to certify the eligibility list for the
position of Building Maint. Suprv.. Commissioner Gilpen made the
motion with Commissioner Lewis seconding. All in favor.
Motion carried. The motion was made by Comissioner Lewis and
seconded by Commssioner Swift to approve the certification of the
eligibility list for the position of Engineering Associate. All in
favor. Motion carried.
The Board was presented with a request for reinstatement to the
current eligibility list for the postion of Building Maint. Suprv.
as allowed in Rule XIII, Section 5 of the Personnel Rules and
Regulations. Commissioner Bell made the motion with Commissioner
Lewis seconding to approve the reinstatement request.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to conduct the motion was made by
Comissioner Swift and seconded by Commissioner Lewis to adjourn at
5:13 p.m.. All in favor. Motion carried.
The next regularly scheduled meeting is Thursday, February 21, 1991
at 5:00 p.m..
