ORDINANCE NO. 262
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING, AMENDING SECTION
3-7-1, VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, TO PERMIT IN
COMMERCIAL "C" ZONE, FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN UNDER-
GROUND STORAGE FOR RETAIL USE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 3-7-1 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
3-7-1: RESTRICTIONS IN COMMERCIAL "C" ZONE: In the
"C" Commercial Zone, all buildings or premises may be
used or occupied or hereafter erected or structually
altered for any use permtted in the "A" or "B" Resi-
dence Zone and for any of the following additional
uses :
Business and Professional Offices
Retail Commercial Business
Wholesale Commercial Business
Places of Amusement
Printing and Book-binding Establishments
Restaurants
Flammable Liquids in Underground storage, for
retail use
Light manufacturing which shall not be dangerous
or offensive by reason of dust, gas , smoke or ex-
cessive noise, with or without street driveways ,
may be permitted in "C" Commercial Zone only with
the permission of the Zoning Commission and then
under such restrictions and regulations as may be
determined by the Zoning Commission.
