ORDINANCE NO. 265
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-8-1 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF McCALL, IDAHO, RAISING THE SALARY OF THE CHIEF OF
POLICE OF THE CITY OF McCALL AND PROVIDING THAT THE
SAME SHALL BE RETROACTIVE TO JANUARY 1, 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO :
Section 1. That Section 1-8-1 of the Village Code of
McCall , Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
1-8-1 : SALARY OF CHIEF OF POLICE: The Chief of
Police of the City of McCall, Idaho, as such
Chief of Police and Ex-Officio License and Tax
Collector shall be paid the sum of $525.00 per
month.
Section 2. That the provisions of this ordinance shall
be retroactive as and from the 1st day of January, 1967.
