COMMUNITY ACCESS ADVISORY.BOARD
Minutes Por the Meeting of ,
June 10, 1991
' The regular meeting of the Community Access Advisory Board of the
City of Lynwood was held June 10, 1991, in the City Hall Council
Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown
" Act.)
Chairperson Mary Wright called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Hembers in attendance were Olympia Dudenhoeffer, Bill Cunningham,
Ann Fields, Ada McZeal, and Mary Wright. staff present were Jim
Given, Ron Roberson and Silvia Lara.
The minutes of the May 13, 1991 meetinq were approved as
distributed.
It was announced that Jim Given will be the new staff liaison
person for the Community Access Advisary Hoard.

A. REPORT ON ALL AMERICA CITY AWARD PROGRAM
Ron Roberson informed board members that even though the
City was not selected for the awsrd this year, everyone who
� attended had a good time and it was also a good learning
experience. The City of Lynwood based its presentation on:
Youth Commission, Anti-Graffiti Program, and the Lynwood
3heriff's Youth Athletic League.

` C. CABLE AWARDS PROGRAM
Ron Roberson announced that he has a list of local cable
producers and is in the process of gettinq plaques of
recognition to present to them at the next regular meeting.
A letter will be mailed to the local producers invitinq them
to be present at the meeting to receive their plaque. �

- It was suggested to make a recommendation to control the
number of hosts the Lynwood showcase has.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:35
P-m• The next meeting is scheduled for July 8, 1991.
