ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CHARGES FOR SEWER
SERVICE; AMENDING SECTION 8-4-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF McCALL, IDAHO, RAISING MONTHLY SEWER SERVICE
RATES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Section 8-4-2 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
8-4-2 : SEWER CHARGES : The City shall charge and the
user shall pay monthly for sewer service the following
rates , to-wit:

For each class A use, Sly 6/0-6 dollars per
month:
60
For each class B use, - ( (.�0 ---) dollars per
month or sixty (60%) per cent of the charges for
City water service, whichever is greater.
Section 2-. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after January 1, 1968.
