AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REENACTING CHAPTER 4
OF TITLE I OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING REGULAR
AND SPECIAL MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL; PRE-
SCRIBING THE TIME AND PLACE OF REGULAR AND SPEC-
IAL MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL; PRESCRIBING
THAT SPECIAL MEETINGS MAY BE HELD AND PRESCRIB-
ING PROCEDURE FOR CALLING OF THE SAME; AND PRE-
SCRIBING THE HOUR THAT REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEET-
INGS SHALL BE HELD.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City
of McCall, Idaho, as follows :
Section 1. That Chapter 4 of Title I of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby repealed
and reenacted to read as follows :
1-4-1: REGULAR MEETINGS: Regular meetings of the
City Council shall be held on the first Monday of
each month in the building known as the City Hall.
1-4-2 : SPECIAL MEETINGS , CALLING OF SAME: Special
meetings of the City Council may be called at any
time by the Mayor, or by one half plus one of the
members of the full City Council, and in each in-
stance the object of the call shall be submitted to
the Council in writing, which call and object as
well as the disposition thereof shall be entered upon
the journal of the Clerk.
1-4-3 : TIME OF MEETING: All meetings shall begin
at seven ( 7:00) o'clock P.M. unless a different
time be specified for special meetings in the call
of such special meetings.
