�, Minutes for the Meetinq of
April 15, 1991
, The reqular meeting of the Community Access Advisory Board of the
City of Lynwood was held April 15, 1991, in the City Hall Council
Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown
' Act.)
Chairperson Mary Wright called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
Members in attendance were Olympia Dudenhoeffer, Bill Cunningham,
Ann A. Fields, and Mary Wright. Board member Ada McZeal was
absent. Staff present were Ron Roberson, Jim Given, Roy Bufanda,
and Pat Alvarez.
The minutes of the March 11, 1991 meeting were approved as
distributed.
New member: Olympia Dudenhoeffer :
Soard Members, alonq with Mayor Pro Tem Armando Rea welcomed to
the Board and congratulated new member Olympia Dudenhoeffer on
her recent appointment by the City Council to the Community
: Access Advisory Board. City Clerk Andrea xooper sworn in .
Ms. Dudenhoeffer, who is replacing former member Rev. C.C.
Coleman.

Mary Wright announced that due to a Treasurers Conference, she
will not be present at the next Showcase Viewing on April 24th .
B.� LYNWOOD CABLE AWARDS PROGRAM
Ron Roberson talked to Mr. Clodfelter, from Continental
Cable regarding the Cable Awards Program. Mr. Clodfelter advised
that this project should be done on a small scale, and see how it
progresses.
The following�suggestions were made also:
- Call it "Lynwood Cable Recognition Program"
- Acknowledge Lynwood producers with a plaque, etc.
. - Show a sample of producer's videos at City's Anniversary
'Celebration Reception, and present recognition awards and/or
, have a booth to show different videos produced by Lynwood
residents.
PUBLIC ORALS
- Ann Fields inquired about the Library segment, Staff is still
waiting for the County's permission to film.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:35 �
p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for May 13, 1991.
