ORDINANCE NO. 276
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-3-2 OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO INNER FIRE LIM-
ITS; REQUIRING PERMISSION OF THE ZONING COMMISSION
TO CONSTRUCT A BUILDING HAVING A ROOF AND WALLS OF
EXPOSED FINISHED OR UNFINISHED METAL WITHIN SUCH
INNER FIRE LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED, By the Mayor and City Council of the
City of McCall, Idaho, as follows :
That Section 6-3-2 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
6-3-2 : WALLS AND ROOF : It shall be unlawful to en-
large, construct, erect, or build any building within
said inner fire limits except the same have outer and
party walls of brick, stone, concrete, or other incom-
bustible materials , and a roof of metal, slate, tile,
brick, concrete, or other fireproof composition. No
building having a roof and walls of exposed finished
or unfinished metal shall be constructed within said
inner fire limits without permission of the Zoning
Commission of the City of McCall.
Passed and approved this 1st day of April, 1968.
