AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SALARIES OF APPOINTIVE
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF McCALL; PRO-
VIDING THAT SUCH SALARIES SHALL BE ESTABLISHED BY
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL; AND REPEALING SEC-
TIONS 1-8-1 AND 1-8-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL,
IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The salary of the Chief of Police as such
Chief of Police and Ex-Officio License and Tax Collector
and the salaries of all other appointive officers and em-
ployees of the City of McCall, Idaho, shall be fixed by
resolution of the City Council.
Section 2. Sections 1-8-1 and 1-8-2 of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of April, 1968.
