AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-3-12 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO MUS-
IC BOX LICENSE FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4-3-12 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
4-3-12 : MUSIC BOXES LICENSE FEE: All music boxes
in the City shall be taxed the sum of ij1o.co /2 1 )
per annum or any part thereof, payable
in advance upon notification of tax collector.
