ORDINANCE NO. 2 33
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF McCALL AVENUE;
VACATING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 7 OF McCALL'S FIRST
ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF McCALL; AND
PROVIDING THAT SUCH STREET AND ALLEY WHEN VACATED
SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL
ESTATE, ONE HALF ON EACH SIDE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That certain portion of McCall Avenue lying
North of a line drawn from the South boundary line of Lot 14
of Block 5 of McCall's First Addition to the Original Townsite
of McCall, Idaho, East across said McCall Avenue to the South
boundary of Lot 7, Block 8 of McCall's First Addition to the
Original Townsite of McCall , Idaho, and extending North to
the North boundary of McCall ' s First Addition to the Original
Townsite of McCall, Idaho, shall be, and the same is hereby
vacated, save and except that portion of McCall Avenue situ-
ate within the intersection thereof with Hemlock Street.
Section 2. That the alley extending North and South
in Block 7 of McCall's First Addition to the Original Town-
site of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. That said portion of McCall Avenue and said
alley in Block 7 of McCall' s First Addition to McCall, Idaho,
hereinabove described, shall revert to the owner of the ad-
jacent real estate, one half on each side thereof.
Passed and approved this 6th day of January, 1969.
