Dear Youth Commissioner:
This letter is to inform you that the Youth Commission Pool Party
originally scheduled for Saturday, 1�ugust 24, 1991 has been
postponed.
On two separate occasions, The department had scheduled a meeting
with the Youth Commission Pool Party Committee to discuss and plan
the party and neither time did any commissioner attend.
The first one was on Monday, August 5, 1991 at 5:30 p.m. at the
Lynwood Community Center. The second meeting for Saturday, August
l0, 1991 at 12:00 noon at Bateman Hall. It is apparent to the
Department that the Youth Commission has current priorities greater
than planninq this event. .
