ORDINANCE NO.75-2015
AN APPROPRIATION (TRANSFER) ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2015 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for
calendar year 2015 on October 20, 2014 with Ordinance 42-2014; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major
budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, The transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set
out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, This transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without
the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the 2015 budget be amended as follows:
A. Park Department Fund
1. Delete $31,500.00 from Salary and Wages
Account number 219.19.190.190.000.1196
2. Add $15,000.00 to Electric -Facilities
Account number 219.19.190.190.000.3510
3. Add $ 1,000.00 to Sewer -Facilities
Account number 219.19.190.190.000.3530
4. Add $ 500.00 to Stormwater Fee
Account number 219.19.190.190.000.3550
5. Add $ 15,000.00 to Other Contractual Services
