'"'° allowance before cancelling meeting, also tardy allowance. She asked if
� t � all Commissioners had received copies of Robert's Rules and they all

u 3„��: Commissioner Carr said she had always seen the fifteen ininutes delay of
the meeting as a courtesy to staff and Commissioners, particularly
'"'' �: Commissioner Law, who works until six sometimes, and Commissioners Ventura
;��,� ', and Araujo, who sometimes have other meetinys, or problems with children
�„�•-: � that must be solved immediately, as does shc. '
