ORDINANCE NO. 77-2015
AN APPROPRIATION (TRANSFER) ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2015 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for
calendar year 2015 on October 20, 2014, with Ordinance 47-2014; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, The transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1
et. seq.; and
WHEREAS, This transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and
without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the 2015 budget be amended as follows:
A. First Response Fund (205)
Delete $216,828.88 from Overtime (EMS)
Account number 205.11.107.150.000.1302
Delete $38,654.77 from Director of EMS (EMS)
Account number 205.11.107.150.000.1101
2. Add $216,828.88 to Overtime (General)
Account number 10 1. 11. 110. 150.000.13 02
Add $38,654.77 to Deputy Chiefs (General)
Account number 101.11.110.150.000.1101
