(The Agenda was duly posted as prescribed by • • the Brown Act.) Mary Wright called the meeting to at 5:30 p.m. Members in attendance were Olympia Dudenhoeffer, Bill Cunningham, Ann A. Fields, Ada McZeal, and Mary Wright. Staff pr-esent were LaVonne Anderson, Don Morris, and Silvia Larar The minutes of the February 10, 1992, meeting were approved as distributed. , SCHEDULED MATTERS � A. LYNWOOD SHOWCASE VIEWING FOR # 32 . The Community Access A3visory Board members viewed Shc�rcuse # 32�, ivhich covered the following topics: Lynwood High School � Talent Show, Anti Graffiti Day, AQMD Press Conference, Copy Print with a local business in the city. S. TOPICS FOR UPCOMING LYNWOOD SHOWCASE # 33 - Block Club Meeting. - Educational Forum , - Women's History Celebration - Lynwood Talent Show , _ Mary Wright and Ann A. Fields would like to have the LVN Graduation as well as any other event included in there viewings, . because`it is a great program and it looks good for the city of Lynwood. A great number of the participates in the LVN program , are hired right after they graduate. LaVonne Anderson requested the dates of the LVN program of events � in advance to make sure that Don Morris tapes them. Don Morris asked if anybody else taped the LVN program. Mary Wright answered that she was not sure but that he could find out through Linda from St. Francis. ` . �, , � '� ' v C. PUBLIC ORALS - Ann A. Fields mention the Peace March is scheduled for Saturday Apri1 2'5, 1992. - Bill Cunningham mentioned the possibility of having Amelia Earhart on a"Moment in Lynwood History", Emilia was the first women to cross the Atlantic Ocean. There being no further business, the Community Access'Advisory Board meetinq was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
