C. LYNWOOD SHOWCASE VIEWING SCHEDULE
Anne Fields explained that the viewing schedule was
originally at 8:15 a.m. every other Wednesday. Even
though it is not mandatory to attend viewings, it was
suggested to change schedule so that the majority of
members are able to attend and give their input on up-
coming Lynwood showcases.
D. TOPICS FOR UPCOMING LYNWOOD SHOWCASE PROGRAMS
- Mary Wright mentioned that staff has not been able
to obtain a segment on the LVN program.
- Olympia Dudenhoeffer suggested for staff to contact
Rose Snider from St. Francis Medical Center
to schedule a date to film a segment of Lynwood
High School students in the classes that St. Francis
Medical Center is offering to them; and perhaps also
do a segment on the LVN program.
' - Anne Fields suggested interviewing a Lynwood
resident about the History of Lynwood. She brought
name and address of a person to be interviewed for the
"A moment in Lynwood History":
Lucille Walker
3564 josephine Ave.

E. PAYMENT FOR CABLE HOSTS I
Jim Given expressed his concerns about expenditures for i
Lynwood showcase Aosts.
i
Originally, the board intended to have volunteers working
as hosts, then the Council approved a stipend of $400 to
be paid to them. The current hosts are: Katie Miller, ;'
Armando Gonzalez, and Lorna Hawkins. They have been I
receiving the stipend for about a year.
Instead of paying the $400 stipend per month, staff
decided to pay hosts $50.00 per segment.
Jim Given will get copy of Hosts contract for board
members information.
