CALL TO ORDER
A Special Council Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Mayor Tom Rackers. The
following Council Members were present for roll call:
Present: Blaney, Nelson, Olsen, Viessman, Vincent, and Weber
Absent: Angle, Jackson, Landwehr, and Vogel
A quorum was declared present.
BILLS PENDING
Bill 2001 -125, sponsored by Councilman Jackson, entitled:
AUTHORIZING SEWERAGE SYSTEM REFUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT REVENUE
BONDS (STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM) SERIES 2001B.
Bill 2001 -125 was read third time by title and placed on final passage. Councilman Larry
Vincent made a motion to amend Bill 2001 -125 as received from Gilmore & Bell and
distributed to the Council by City Counselor Allen Garner. Motion to amend was seconded
by Councilman Cliff Olsen, and approved unanimously. Bill 2001 -125 was then passed, as
amended, by the following vote as Ordinance 13295:
Aye: Blaney, Nelson, Olsen, Viessman, Vincent, and Weber
Nay: None

There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, it was moved by
Councilman Larry Vincent and seconded by Councilman Bob Weber to adjourn. Motion
passed unanimously at 12:05 PM.
