SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council approved a 3-year membership with the Idaho Independent Intergovernmental Authority (III-A) in
August of 2018. As part of their service to the City, each year a representative will give the Council an
annual report on the Trust to include membership, finances, etc. Amy W. Manning III-A Executive Director
will present to the Council.
