SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Previously, Staff has been working on developing an airport ground lease along Deinhard Lane, directly
across from the Fire Department. The property has been referred to as the Deinhard 1 project, or the Hangar
98 project.
At the January 23, 2020 meeting of City Council – Council approved Staff to negotiate a ground lease with
Dew Aircraft, Inc. The draft lease agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the ground lease between the City of McCall and Dew Aircraft, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to
sign all necessary documents.
