Vice Chairperson, Cornecia.f3anks was in the chair Vice Cha.irperson Gornecia fianks, Commissioners Hndre Agaalii, Brenda Contreras. Cameron Green, ShinLqua Green. Jesus i'rigo, Da Vanna. Wells a.nd Miohelle "La.va.ta answered roll call. Chairperson Katrina Boykin, Commissioners Fernando Airada, - Maylene Hardin, and Jaime Perez did not answer�roll call. Leo Rodriguez, Facility and Program Supervisor certified the posting of the agenda at Gity Hall and at the Teen Center. It was moved by Commissioner 1'rigo and seconded by Commissioner Agaa.lii to approve the minu+.es of January 2`L, 1992_ Motion I carried. Anti - Graffiti Day ; Recreation Staff, Diana J. Escalante reported that the Lynwood � R-O.T. C. Natz,�nal G!!a.r�l, and the Yo��+.h Go�ncil wili be I participating in this year's Anti-Graifiti Day. This event wili � be on Saturday, February 15. It will begin at 8:00 a.m. at � Bateman Hall_ � I - _�- .� � Atl Youth Commissioners should plan to be at 8ateman Ha.11 by 7:4-5 a. m. Educationa.l Forum Diana Escalante reported that This year's Educational Forum will be on Th��r-sda.y., ['farch 19. The ±.opic wi 1 1 ^'Caen a.nd Sex: Understanding the Risks lnvolved to Make an lntormed Decision.^ Staff is working on sec��rin� informative soea.kers and a celebrity for the event. � � A complete�report w�ill be given at the next meeting. Youth Commission Birthday Diana Escalante iniormed the Commission that on Friday, February 7 will ma.rk the 3rd a.nniversa.ry of the Youth Gommission being formed.
