Subject: NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING Please be advised that we will not be able to meet on Thursday, December 19, 1991 as was suggested at the December 4, 1991 _ meeting of the Youth Commission, due to various program and related scheduling conflicts. For your information, there are also a couple of other issues to consider with your recommendation. They are: 1. Many commissions meeting near the holidays will adjourn from their November meeting to their January regularly scheduled meeting. 2. The Youth Commission had nothing so pressing that it could not be dealt with at either the December 4, 1991 or January 8, 1992 meeting. 3. The Commission must consider staff, facility, City Council and other related scheduling issues. The above three (3) items were taken into consideration and that is why we made the scheduling recommendation that we did. Please don't hesitate to contact me in the event that you have any questions regarding this issue. JG/dy a:dywpp.bi cc: Harold Ralph Leo Dyaisha D iana '
