August 20, 1992
The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood, California was
held on Thursday, August 20, 1992, at 5:00 p.m. in the Councii Chambers of the
Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bultis Road, Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly
posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.
, CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Gilpen called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Roll call was taken by
Gaii Black, Director of Human Resources. All Commissioners were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Swift
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The motion was made by Commissioner Lewis and seconded by Commissioner Bell
� to approve the minutes of the regular July 16, 1992 meeting.
STUDIES & REPORTS
" Commissioner Litke made the motion and Commissioner Bell seconded to certify the
efigibifity list for the Director of Community Development position. All in favor.
Motion carried.

Community/Transit Center on August 29, 1992. '
