Dev. � Eligibility List (to be distributed � at meeting) � � U i ORAL COMMUNICATIONS i VI ADJOURNMENT I i � � I I '' , � � REGULAR MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD , CITY OF LYNWOOD , July 16, 1992 The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood, California was held on Thursday, July 16, 1992, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, Ca(ifornia. The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act. CALL TO ORDER . Chairperson Gilpen called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Roll call was taken by Gail Black, Director of Human Resources. Commissioners' Bell, Gilpen, and Lewis were present. Commissioner Litke and Swift were excused. PLEDGEAF ALLEGIANCE Led by Commissioner Lewis ' APPROVAL OF MINUTES The motion was made by Commissioner Bell and seconded by Commissioner Lewis to approve the minutes of the regular June 18, 1992 meeting. STUDIES & REPORTS .. Commissioner Bell made the motion and Commissioner Gilpen seconded to grant the request for extension of the Firefighter Trainee eligibility list. All in favor. Motion carried. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS � The commissioners commented that the Firefighter Trainee Program had worked well. Ms. Black mentioned the Grand Opening of the Community Cemter August 29, 1992. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Lewis.made the motion and Commissioner Bell seconded to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting, August 20, 1992 at 5 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried.
