Any member of the public who calls in can listen to the entire meeting; however, you will only be able to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting. The City Clerk will let you know when it is your turn to speak by identifying the last 4 digits of your phone number. Be respectful of others as you will only be allowed a total of 3 minutes. For the remainder of the meeting you will only be able to listen and not participate.
