It was moved b,y Okones second by Kruse that we vote by ballot on the fo11_owing question presented by the Mayor; - Shall Henry Hinpen be granted a Class C Beer permit. Vote result 2.s follows; - Yes - 3 votes No- 1 vote NIa� or declared the cuestion ( yes Carried and the x�ermit was granted. Motion seconded by Councilman Kruse. Roll C�.11- Ayes- Haack, Kruse, Okones- Lindaman- Luwe N� ys None; Councilman H L Luwe; moved that the title requireing an Ordinance to be read do t'nree different days be dispensed with, and that the Clerk read the Ordinance as of its first, second and thir d reading. Motion seconded by O'_�ones. Roll C�17_- Ayes- Haack Kruse, Okones- Lincaman- Luwe. Nays Tdone .
