CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Conditional Use Permit - Case No. 2
11300 Spruce Street (Lynwood Unified School District)
Comments•
This matter was continued from the April 11, 1989 meeting
in order to allow Planning Division staff and School
District's consultants additional time to reach' an
understanding on the final conditions of permit approval
(e.g. off-street parking, building siting, environmental
determination, etc.). As of the time of preparation of
the agenda, the City and the School District had not
reached an understanding. Therefore, planning staff will
present pertinent findings and recommendations on this
case to the Planning Commission at the time of the
meeting for their consideration. (NO STAFF REPORT
ATTACHED)
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Planning Commission consider
all pertinent facts and testimony presented at the
meeting and determine accordingly. (A CLOSED SESSION
MAY BE REQUIRED IN REFERENCE TO THE LITIGATION BETWEEN
THE CITY AND THE SCHOOL DISTRICT)
