RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTING GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF
ACCEPTANCE WITH RESPECT THERETO (SIERRA AZUL
OPEN SPACE PRESERVE—LANDS OF PENINSULA OPEN
SPACE TRUST)
The Board of Directors of Midpeninsula.Regional Open Space District does resolve as follows:
Section One. The Board of Directors of Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby
accept, with gratitude, the gift of real property described in Exhibit A, affixed hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof, and to be conveyed by Gift Deed from Peninsula Open Space Trust, A
California non-profit, public benefit corporation to the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.
Section Two. The President of the Board of Directors, or other appropriate officer, is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Acceptance for said Gift Deed conveying title to the property being donated
to the District.
Section Three. The General Manager of the District shall cause to be given appropriate notice of
acceptance to this gift. The General Manager is further authorized to execute any and all other
documents necessary to the closing of this transaction.
Section Four. The General Manager of the District is authorized to expend up to $1,000 to cover
the cost of title insurance, escrow fees, and other miscellaneous costs related to this transaction.

District on February 11, 2004, at a Regular Meeting thereof, by the following vote:
