CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Council Meeting of April 15, 2002, was convened at 6:00 P.M. by Mayor Tom
Rackers.
Prayer was offered by Councilman Edith Vogel, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Present: Angle, Blaney, Jackson, Landwehr, Nelson, Olsen, Viessman, Vincent,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
A quorum was declared present.
PRESENTATIONS FROM THE GALLERY
Mayor Tom Rackers presented plaques to outgoing Council Members Carol Blaney, John
Landwehr, and Steve Nelson and conveyed his appreciation for their hard work while
serving the City as Councilmen. He also encouraged them to remain involved in city issues
in other capacities such as volunteering their expertise on boards, commissions, or
committees.
CONSENT AGENDA
The following items were brought before the Council for their consideration:

Councilman Carol Blaney moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented, seconded
by Councilman Charles Jackson and approved unanimously.

ADJOURN SINE DIE
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, a motion was made
by Councilman Carol Blaney to adjourn sine die, seconded by Councilman Larry Vincent
and approved unanimously at 6:10 PM
