CURRENT CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MOAB TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH PECKHAM AND MCKENNEY, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF
FUTURE CITY MANAGER RECRUITMENT SERVICES
The following describes the intent and purpose of this resolution:
a. The City Council and the Mayor agree that the firm of Peckham and
McKenney, Inc., is qualified to provide executive recruitment services to the
City of Moab for the purpose of recruiting and hiring a City Manager;
b. The Council authorizes the City Manager to engage in reasonable
negotiations to come to an agreement with Peckham and McKenney, Inc. for
contracted services based on the parameters of their response to the City's
recent Request for Qualifications for recruitment services; and
c. Those negotiations will result in a contracted amount not to exceed $30,000.
The foregoing resolution is approved and adopted by action of the Moab City
Council, as set forth below. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
