Harry r~"other also addressed the Council to the effect that the depth of the water at his place has greatly increased. since the in- stallation of the a:ditional culverts, statinm that it has never gotten into the garage, however, tY~~at it was three inches deep during the last rain. ?~~r. A'?osher summested th.a t perhaps the widening of Peach Street and Redwood swenue miTht help to remedy the situation. After du_e consideration. of the City Council, the matter was referred to the City Enr*ineer to check into the result of widening of Peach Street. and any other recommendations wrti.ch he may wish to make in the matter. 1`dEV~' BTTSIN~ESS: A communication was received from Dowell Building Company, by Silas Dowell, requestinm a 60-day option on the acrearce knovm as the Qeller estate in the Lufro Tract, in order to give him time to submit a tract map to the Federal Housing Adminstration for their approvalaf F.
