The City Council of the City of hym:°~~ood met i_n a ~necial ses-
sion, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, on
above date, at 1:30 P.IvT., pursuant to call of. R~iayor La~.e, ~a.i~l ca11
reading as follovs!s:
"Dear Councilmen:
°You are hereby notified to attend a Special IVleeting of
the Ci tv CounciJ_ of the City of L~,rn~,~~aod to be held in the
Council Chamber of the ~`9_ty Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, on
April 8, 1940, at 1:30 P. M.
Said meeting is called for the r~urpose of considering
and taking necessary action in connection urith a proposed
Resolution wherein the City of Lynwood makes applicat:~.~n
to purchase certain tax delinquent property in Tract N~.
6312 under Section 3897.D and 3897.3 of the Po1_itical
Code of the State of California.

The City Clerk announced that a. copy of said notice had. been
served at least three hours prior to said meeting on each-member of
the City Council, as required by law.
Councilman Nation, Christensen, PvTeyer, Lake and Sn,yd_ere

After due consideration of the matter, it v~~as dulymoved by
Counc~_lman Snyder and seconded by Councilman PJ~e,yer that said Resolu-
tion No. 12,2,`7 be a~~o~:~ted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Nation, Christensen, Meyer, Snyder and Lake
Noes: None
Absent: None
It vas moved by Councilman i~~ieyer and seconded by Councilman
Christensen that the meeting; adjourn to April 15th, 1940, at 7:30 P.IVI.
All rr~mbers of the City Council voting aye, the ~Jlayor declared the
motion duly carried and it tiaras so ordered.
