Hughes • Maximum occupant load of the tent will be 50. • No smoking permitted within the tent. • Provide approved "No Smoking" signs. • Provide a minimum of two (2) approved fire extinguishers. • Keep ground area and 30 -foot perimeter clear of trash and debris. • Provide a minimum of two (2) exits with each exit a minimum of 120 - inches in width. • Provide an Emergency Plan. • Provide a minimum of two (2) crowd control managers with one (1) serving as point of contact. Point of contact information to be provided to City Manager, Fire Chief', and Police Chief by Event Organizer. • No wind load information was provided. In lieu of this information, tent is to be evacuated and secured when wind is forecaste to be 35 MPH or above. Permittee is fully responsible for tent and its occupants. INITIAL • Tybee Island Police and Fire a -paitments will be briefed by Event Organizer on Emergency Plan. • No parked vehicles permitted within twenty (20) feet of tent. • Unobstructed fire break passageway of not less than twelve (12) feet in width and free from guy ropes or other obstructions shall be maintained on all sides of tent. • Hold Harmless /Indemnification Agreement required.
