addressed the Council regarding the matter urging the Council to do
something to improve water pressure in said area.
Council Lake addressed the Council as to what progress had been
made regarding the matter, stating that it now is deemed u3likely that
the water lines may be paralleled with new lines on account of difficulties
regarding priorities, however, that an agreement has been entered into with
the owner of the system that he will transfer the present water system
to the City for a consideration of y~1,000.00, which the City is willing to
do, provided it meets with Railroad Commission approval. Councilman Lake
stated that this will give the property owners better pressure than is

no charge to be made to the property owners if the present system is ac-
