so ordered..
" A communication wa.s received from the Office of Price Admin-
istration red ardin~~ the proposed increase in water -rates to the effect
that ~t'r~eir office has no power to fix pu~~lic utilit~.~ rates, ;:,su~~esting
that "the Cit:~r should deterr:'~~ne the assese~~,1~ value of the property of
the '':'ater Department and collect from the !!.'a.ter Department the amount "
Y~rich such department v~~ould be reauired to pay in taffies if privately
a~ned_. There bein~z no objection, said communication ~~~as ordere,~ filed.
