Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion by Cordes, seconded by Heinrich. Carried. On a motion by Huisman, seconded by Cordes, the following bills were approved for payment: Net salaries $1032.14 Henry J. Purpose of the meeting was to consider the Amended Budget for January, 19']4 through June, 1975, and new ordinances for the Town of Wellsburg. Heinrich moved, Cordes 2nd a motion to suspend the rules and waive the 2nd and 3rd readings of the Resolution changing references from town to city and thereby conforming with state law. Roll call of votes -- Ayes -Heinrich, Cordes, Fairbanks, Van Deest Nays -None Absent=Huisman Carried. Moved by Van Deest, 2nd by Fairbanks to adopt said Resolution. Roll call of votes -- Ayes -Heinrich, Cordes, Fairbanks, Van Deest Nays -None Absent-Huisman Carried. Cordes moved, Heinrich 2nd a motion to suspend the rules and waive the 2nd and 3rd readings of Ordinance #1009 providing for appointment, powers, and duties of a Board of Library Trustees. Roll call of votes -- Ayes -Heinrich, Cordes, Fairbanks, Van Deest Nays -None Absent-Huisman Carried. Moved by Fairbanks, 2nd by Heinrich to adopt Ordinance #1009.
