matter to the effect that T~ris firm deals in nevi a.nd used ,pipes,
stating; that they would tear down the existing old building, on
the pr<~perty and clean the ground. up to make it presentable,
stating further that the ~~ipe woTald be placed- on racks and would
be piled i.n a neat manner.
After due consideration, it was decided to lay the matter
