ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,700,000 FROM VARIOUS
FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS FOR THE HEALTH AND
WELLNESS CENTER IN AND BY THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET, IN TIM COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW
JERSEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. $1,700,000 is hereby appropriated from certain funds and accounts of the
Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey (the "Borough "), including the
ioldiers and Sailors Trust Fund, CBP /Special Improvement District, I -Port 12 Guaranty Fees,
edevelopment fees and the M.O.S. Trust Fund for the Health and Wellness Center and related
edeveloper fees.
Section 2. The Borough hereby certifies that it has adopted a capital budget or a
;mporary capital budget, as applicable. The capital or temporary capital budget of the Borough
t hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance to the extent of any
(consistency herewith. To the extent that the purposes authorized herein are inconsistent with
to adopted capital or temporary capital budget, a revised capital or temporary capital budget has
:en filed with the Division of Local Government Services.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect after final adoption and publication and
herwise as provided by law.
