M. 1VTayor Wiggins in the ,chair. Councilmen Shrock, Meyter, Tucker and Wiggins answered the roll call. Councilman Looney yeas absent, It was moved by Councilman Meyer and seconded by Council- man Shrock that the following transfers be made to the Special Fund, Capital Outlay, to be credited to the following Accounts: Special AssessJnent and Tax Relief Fund ~ 1,250.00 City Clerk 300.00 City Treasurer- 200.00 Fire Department 10, 000.00 Street Fund 5, 000.00 Water Fund 0,000.00 Total 36, 750.00 Said transfers to be made from the following accounts: From the General Fund, X11,750.00; from the Street Fund X5,000.00; from the Water Fund X20,000.00; and that warrants be included in the list of demands for said amounts. Klein Seed Co. 260 199.88 Total ~ 393.91 STREET IMPROVEuiENT FUND Special Fund Capital Outlay 5207 $~ 5, 000.00 It was moved by Councilman Tucker a.nd seconded by Council- man Shrock that the demands be allowed and warrants be drawn on the City reasurer for said various amounts. Roll Call: Ayes : Councilmen Shrock, Meyer, Tucker ancZ Wiggins. Noes: None. _Absent: Councilman Looney. Mr. Kent, 3835 Platt Street, addressed the Council regarding the dusty condition that exists at Platt Street and Walnut Avenue where the curbs, gutters and sidewalks were constructed due to the fact that the Streets have not yet been resurfaced, requesting action either in the way of sprinkling the streets in order to allay the dust, or have the streets resurfaced; also mention was made regarding Bullis Road. There being no ob,~ection, this matter was referred to Councilman Shrock to check up on with the City En- gineer to see if the matter can be corrected. It was moved by Councilman Tucker and seconded by Council- man Shrock that the meeting adjourn to July 3, 1945.
