Burgess and. 77 others requesting that the City Council consider and remedy the flood condition that existG along Caress Ave., stating that it is very difficult for children to reach the ?xj,~:shington Grammar School, a_s well as for motorists, r~~~ a.nd it is alm.,t impossible far pedestrians to reach the F.
