REGULAR MEETING SEPTEtvIBER 3, 1946
The City Council of the City of Lynv~d met in a
regular session in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331
Plaza Street, on above date at 7:30 P. M.
Mayor Doty in the chair.
Councilmen Williams and Doty answered the roll call.
Councilmen Jensen, Shrock, and Wiggins were absent.
' The City Clerk informed the R4ayor that a- quorum was
lacking.'
' Whereupon, at 8:00 o'clock P. M., the Mayor declared,
for lack~of a quorum, that the meeting be ad,~ourned to Thursday
evening, September 5, 1946, at 7:30 P. Pd.' at which time scheduled
hearings will be held and bids opened.
