The City Council of the City of LynTrTood met in an ad-
~ourned regular session in the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, on
the above date at 5:30 p.m.
Mayor pro tem Bruner in the chair.
Councilmen Daetweiler, Sneddon and Bruner answered
roll call.
Councilmen Willard and Stroh `tirere absent.
Ordinance No. 540 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE INCOR==
PORTED CITY OF LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING TAX DISTRICT NUP~IBER 1, OF
SAID CITY FIXING THE RATES OF TAXES, AND LEVYIi1G TAXES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGIrdi1ING JULY 1, 1950, ArTD ENDING JUNE 30, 1951"
was read for the second time.
It was moved by Councilman DaettiM*eiler and seconded by
Councilman Sneddon, that said ordinance be adopted as read for the
second tir~~e, finally pass, and be published as reo~uired by law.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Daet~~reiler, Sneddon and Bruner.
Noes: None
Absent: Councilmen Willard and Stroh,
It was moved by Councilman Daetweiler and seconded by
Councilman Sneddon, that the meeting be adjourned. All members
present voting aye, the Mayor pro tem declared the motion duly
carried.
