Deb moved to approve the agenda and Philip seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.

Philip moved, and Shelly seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Discussion:
a) HWY 40 Study
5. Adjourn:
Barry moved, and Shelly seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 6-0.
